The cottage sits across the road from our private owned shoreline with a fire pit & gazebo – incredible sunrises & stargazing! Even rainy days are great with our comfy sectional, A/C, games & ROKU TV. Quiet, family-friendly, no group parties.

✔ This area really makes you feel the Vacation Vibes, as it sits against a rock breakwall that provides a gorgeous backdrop for Lake Erie. Raised above the water, it provides epic views morning and night! Spend your days in the sun or shade outdoors, and surround yourself with your family and friends by the fire at night!

Entire Cottage is yours to use, as well as Gazebo lakeside lot, and long driveway fitting up to 4 cars.
Note owner storage items are locked, including cleaning closet.
Garage is locked for owner use only.

Other things to note
BEDDING: We have a "BYO bedding" policy and do not typically provide bed sheets & pillow cases (there are mattress & pillow protectors). If you wish to have us provide these for your stay, we are happy to do so for a $20 fee to cover cleaning & maintenance. Just DM us.

GRASS: We have planted grass, but there is some soft ground in the area surrounding our Gazebo. It’s perfectly fine to walk on, but we just ask that you take care not to tread overly much on this area and try not to drag heavy items through the area. There’s plenty of grassy yard in front of the cottage (with a view!) for outdoor games if you want to bring them!
