The apartment is an ideal base for exploring Edinburgh with all the major city centre attractions within easy reach. The city centre is an approximately 15 minute stroll by foot or 5 minute bus journey with the main street being well serviced by a number of buses.

There is a large supermarket (open until 10pm) just across the road and Easter Road has a provides a good selection of restaurants, take-away shops and various small shops ranging from wine merchants, bakeries and patisserie among others.
Families are welcome at this apartment (although no pets, please). A travel cot and high chair can be supplied by prior arrangement. There are various park nearby which provide ample play facilities for children.
Parking and transport:
Free private parking is available and the apartment is well-served by frequent bus services. A taxi from the city centre costs between £5-10. The apartment is around 20 min walk to both Waverley train station and the bus station, both of which are also reachable by direct bus services. An Airport bus departs at regular intervals from Waverley bridge.
