A nice and chill type who is active and enjoys experiences. Will explain the two 4-star ratings: The first was due to the short time between old and new guests, which gave little time for cleaning and washing. The second was due to a mess with the key at check-in, but it was quickly resolved for the new guests. I have learned from these two assessments so that such things will not be repeated.
