Nice and sunny apartment with one bedroom with double bed, living room with extra single bed, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. It's extremely well located in a typical Lisbon neighborhood between S. Bento and the beautiful garden of Príncipe Real.

The space

Nice and sunny apartment with one bedroom (double bed), living room with dinner table, kitchen, bathroom and balcony with a view to the Parliament. It’s extremely well located in a typical Lisbon neighbourhood between S. Bento (where the Parliament is situated) and the beautiful garden of Príncipe Real.
The building still maintains the original tiles and wood ceiling. The decoration is a mix of pieces of my vintage collection and art works by friends.
It’s suitable for 2 people, but the sofa is convertible into an individual bed. There’s additional bed clothing for that.

Other things to note

The apartment is situated on the third floor of a building without an elevator, and the staircase is the original one which is quite steep and narrow.
As any other older house this flat has a lot of character, but also some minor issues like squeaking wood floors or old pipes that take some time to heat the water. We hope you'll like its charm, but if you're looking for super modern accommodation this might not be the place for you.

Our experience was awful in this place. It is very very very old. We decided not to stay because it is ugly and disgusting. Almost impossible to climb up. The stairs are dangerous. The bedroom is a hole. even if you have all the space for you is terrible. The lady was very kind, but the place is really uninhabitable.

Thank you for the feedback Martha. It is an old building and some problems arise from that fact, but they are being fixed, such as the stairs which will be renovated soon.

We had a great stay at Liz's place. It is cute and cozy. Location is great and has a nice view. We walked everywhere. Close to many restaurants and shops. All in all, the apartment had everything we needed.

A beautiful and classic apartment located in the lost perfect of areas. Not only is it central to most things, the area is chic and trendy yet remains old and has an artisan feel, with art in every direction! The flat itself caters for all needs and was a great surprise when given open access to any food or toiletries supplied too! The hosts have great communications and are both helpful and kind, giving lots of details by mouth as well as a useful guide left in apartment. Inês even gave us a brief overall of the history of apartment and area! If you’re adverse to stairs and hills, this may not suit you but if this is the case, Lisbon will not suit you :) as is an incline or a decline in any direction; giving it even more charm and beauty! Amazing vfm and the perfect long weekend trip, thank you!!
