The Historic Palmer Inn Estate is rich in Currituck History and respected by locals. Whether you are searching for a spectacular waterfront backdrop for a wedding or event, a family vacation or a long weekend with a large group this property has it all. Featuring a stunning main house it also has a light and airy guest house on the property. Famous sound views and lots of land to spread out, this property is a must see. About a half hour to both the OBX and the VA line the location is amazing.

This Soundfront Historic Currituck Estate features a total of 8 bedrooms and 6.5 baths. The main home has 6 bedrooms (3 primary Kings) and 4.5 bathrooms. The guest house has 2 bedrooms (1 w/King and 1 w/queen and twin bunks). Sprawled across over 8 acres and boasting beautiful porches and modern amenities, this property is a must see! About a half hour to both the OBX and the Va line, the centralized location makes it one of a kind. The attention to detail and quality workmanship leaves no question why this estate is famous among locals. Just across the street from the local and tourist favorite Morris Farm Market. Enjoy a cold beer, dive into local cuisine from the Coinjock Marina Food Truck and be entertained by the likes of Oliver Anthony and Craig Morgan. Local produce, freshly baked breads and pastries along with homemade jams and jellies will remind you what Currituck is famous for. The Historic Palmer Inn Estate and Guest House will available for weddings and events but not on this platform. Wedding packages available upon request. For family reunions, rehearsal dinners and large gatherings there is a required event fee ($1500) and prior approval. Dogs are permitted with fee $175 per dog. Limit 2 dogs. The Pavilion is NOT part of the rental and is reserved as part of the Wedding Venue only. It is NOT available for Airbnb guests.
