The accommodation is located directly on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Alicante between San Juan Playa and Muchavista. In an urbanization with green areas, spacious swimming pools with areas for children and adults, tennis courts and a multi-purpose court as well as an outdoor children's playground.

The accommodation is located in one of the most beautiful Urbanizacion Tobago with three tennis courts, a multipurpose court for soccer and basketball, there is also a playground for children. The Urba administrator began renovating the path around the pool from November 2025 until approximately February 2026 to make it accessible for disabled people. The pool is therefore fenced off and cannot be used while the work is being carried out.
