Happy Place Clara is a place to unwind. With plenty of space for you and your loved ones, a sauna, a beautiful terrace and a jacuzzi. In the middle of idyllic Sauerland, close to nature and equipped with a lot of love for detail. Just for you!

The space
On 145 sqm you will find space for a maximum of 5 people. It has 2 beautiful bedrooms with queen size beds and premium mattresses. You can pull out the cozy sofa in the living room so that another person can sleep there. All the rooms are equipped with blackout blinds - so sweet dreams doesn't stand in the way!

In the light-flooded living room and adjoining dining room you can spend unforgettable, social moments, play games, enjoy shared meals that you have prepared in advance in the top equipped kitchen. From the tap, you can enjoy fresh spring water and do your body demonstrably do something good.

At Happy Place Clara, relaxation is a top priority: How about a relaxing bath in the hot tub (private, included in the price)? On the 40 sqm terrace with fantastic views, all have space to relax, sunbathe or have a beautiful yoga session. An in-house, private sauna (included in the price) also gives you cozy warmth and relaxed body and mind.

The icing on the cake? Everything your heart desires:

You can easily reach the ground floor apartment via the main entrance of the building. There you are completely below you and can use all the rooms, the large terrace, hot tub and sauna completely undisturbed.

From the faucet you enjoy fresh spring water and do a pure treat for you and your body!

We are currently working on the outdoor railing, so you will soon find a garden paradise with 2000 square meters. There you can sled in winter, stroll on the flower meadow in summer or warm the heart and soul at the large fire bowl with beautiful valley views.
