The ideal place to enjoy the city of Cholula. Spacious house within a closed area in a great location, with a variety of restaurants and entertainment nearby. 2 minutes from UDLAP and the periphery. 8 streets from the pyramid of Cholula and very close to the socket. The house has a garden and a beautiful terrace to enjoy the sunset, in addition to an original decor in homage to the culture and history of the city. The safest, most comfortable and original option for your visit!

The space
We have the pleasure of sharing our house with the travelers who visit us, and who are looking for a pleasant and discreet space, within a subdivision that promotes a respectful coexistence.

Our house has on the ground floor, with a kitchen, living room, dining room and a small garden, as well as a single bathroom. Up there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which has a full bathroom and access to our beautiful terrace. The other two share a second full bathroom and among these, there is a common space. Outside the house but inside the subdivision, they can park a maximum of two vehicles (the internal carport is not available). The delivery of keys is done personally, to clarify all your questions and have a pleasant stay.

We only keep our laundry room and the garage of the house closed. Vehicles can be placed without a problem next to it, within the subdivision.

Other things to note
NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ON THE PROPERTY. They will be able to enjoy a fun stay within our established times, so we hope they help us respect the rules of our fractionation in relation to the quiet hours: 00:00 - 08:00 hrs.

It is important to remember that the internal areas of our home are maintained as a Smoke-Free Space.
