Fully equiped 2 story home with fully finished walk out basement to patio with large gazebo and chairs and rear yard with gated rear access to hiking trail network in conservation area.

Completely renovated, new HVAC, new baths/kitchen with granite and tile, etc., etc.,

Minutes to the lake and downtown or the 401

Brand new "Hush" mattresses and new "Hush Iced Bamboo" mattress covers, sheets, pillows and duvets.

Towels are also supplied

Guest access
you get the entire house and 2 car garage. we only rent when none of our extended family is using the house.

You will receive a 4 digit code for the electronic lock on the front door which you will use for the duration of your stay.

Other things to note
Fully equipped kitchen - lots of utensils pots etc. see pics

this house or neighborhood is not suitable for parties or events

Printer in professional work space - color, duplex, auto document feed, air print on wifi

Lots of books and puzzles etc. please don't mix the puzzle pieces.

The pool is not listed as an amenity and confirming that it will not be functional till further notice.
