Plaza America Shopping Center (with restaurants, cinema and shops) is just a 10-12 minute walk away. Likewise walking along Tulum avenue you will find , bars, Supermercado, currency exchange house, and telephone center for internet and sim card.

To enjoy the beaches and hotel area, there is the R2 bus stop, only a 5 minute walk and in just 10 minutes you will be on the best beaches in Mexico.
