This brand-new chalet was delivered in winter 2022. Located in a quiet hamlet of Saint-Gervais named “Hameau Du Mois Joly”, it is completed to a high level finish using considered materials and design. Over 3 levels, this property features 4 double bedrooms plus an extra room with 4 single beds so it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults and 4 children. There are 5 bathrooms, one for each room.

The space
The first-floor living area features high ceilings, large windows and a central fireplace. It includes a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area and lounge spaces, which has a table football. Outside, the terrace and garden look towards the surrounding peaks, with a Nordic wooden hot tub and a summer barbecue for your private use. Saint-Gervais, Megève, Chamonix and Les Contamines are within easy reach, along with ski slopes, hiking and mountain biking routes, and the Saint-Gervais thermal baths.
