Exclusive and beautiful house, elegant and very bright, located in a unique location, in the pedestrian caruggio 50m from the beautiful Bay of Silence and the same distance from the promenade of the Bay of Fables. It consists of two bedrooms, a characteristic and functional kitchen livable in masonry, two bathrooms, the living room with a soundproof window on the caruggio to enjoy a beautiful characteristic view. It's surrounded by typical restaurants and all amenities.

The space
This house offers a spacious double bedroom with a dresser closet and TV in the room, bright with a window. The double bedroom has two single beds, ideal for guests or children. Both rooms have the luxury of a private bathroom, one with a bathtub. The kitchen is livable and well equipped comfortable to eat up to 4 people, while the dining room offers ample space to accommodate a comfortable table for 6 people and two comfortable sofas, there is no shortage of TV for any quiet evening in front of a movie.
