Private room in a cottage on a working sheep and cattle station. Fantastic views of 5 surrounding mountains. The cottage is 3km from the carpark to start your hike to Mount Hikurangi - be the first to see the sunrise. Car park to hut: 4 - 5 hr, Hut to summit: 2 - 3 hr.

It's a really nice farm with awesome hosts. They are cpmplaisant and it was no problem for us to change the date of our stay. It's a perfect accommodation to get in touch with Kiwis and have a nice evening and talk together!
