Set along the rugged Pacific Northwest shoreline, this private retreat offers stunning panoramic ocean, mountain, rainforest, and wildlife views. Perfectly positioned between Tofino’s iconic surf beaches, cafés, and vibrant culinary scene, the cabin blends rustic luxury with thoughtful comfort including a hot tub, campfire, breakfast provisions, WiFi, complimentary bikes, surf gear, and paddleboards.

The space
Welcome to Cedarwood Cove — an intimate oceanfront retreat designed for couples seeking rustic luxury, adventure, and connection to nature. Set along the rugged shoreline of Tofino, this private waterfront cabin offers sweeping views of the ocean, mountains, rainforest, and passing wildlife.

The thoughtfully designed studio cabin blends west coast charm with elevated comfort. Relax in the king-size bed overlooking the water, curl up on the cozy couch, or enjoy slow mornings with coffee from the fully equipped kitchenette featuring a cooktop, mini oven, fridge freezer, French press, coffee grinder, and essentials for simple meals at home. Reliable Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are also included.

Outside, soak in your private hot tub beneath the stars, gather around the fire pit, sway in the hammocks, or enjoy dinner from the BBQ overlooking the water. The cabin is also stocked with binoculars, yoga mats, books, games, extra blankets, and rain gear for every season.

Perfectly located between Chesterman Beach and Cox Bay, Cedarwood Cove is minutes from Tofino’s iconic surf beaches, cafés, and celebrated food scene. Your stay includes complimentary bikes, helmets, wetsuits, surfboards, and paddleboards, with direct access to the bike path from the property.

Guests can also book Cedarwood Cove’s signature paddleboard tours, wellness experiences, curated retreat packages, intimate elopements, and private dining experiences.

Cedarwood Cove is situated within the traditional territory of the ƛaʔuukʷiʔatḥ (Tla-o-qui-aht First Nations) and is proud to be a Tribal Parks Ally. A portion of every stay is donated directly to Tribal Parks stewardship initiatives supporting the protection of these lands and waters.

Guest access
Guests enjoy seamless self check-in with a private entrance, lockbox access, and dedicated parking. The cabin includes exclusive use of its own private waterfront deck, garden, dock, fire pit, and hot tub areas, designed for a peaceful and secluded stay. Firewood can be replenished anytime upon request.

Complimentary bikes, surfboards are wetsuits are cleaned, sized, and ready for your arrival, with full access to the bike shelter and surf station throughout your visit. Guests are also welcome to store their own gear onsite.

Your hosts live onsite in the separate main house, with their own private outdoor spaces. Both the guest cabin and main house are intentionally designed to respect each other’s privacy. The smaller cabin and workshop at the end of the driveway are also private spaces.

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of Cedarwood Cove, we thoughtfully host guests who value nature, relaxation, and respectful shared surroundings.

The cabin comfortably accommodates two adults, with space for one child up to 3 years old. Well-behaved dogs may be considered upon request. A one-time $40 pet fee applies, along with a few simple dog etiquette guidelines to help protect the space and surrounding environment.
