Welcome to waterfront poolside paradise in sunny Florida! Nestled along the canal, the spacious 4bed 2bath offers breathtaking views & endless opportunities for relaxation. Step outside to expansive outdoor area, perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine or enjoying alfresco dining with family & friends. The space
The house does not have canal access, NO KIND OF FISHING PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY. No loud music at any time of the day in the outdoor area since this is a quiet residential area and both neighboring properties are next door at the canal. We want everyone to have a quiet and nice time.

Note: To ensure the home is always in impeccable condition and part of routine maintenance the following professionals such as gardener, pool and pest control specialist would visit the exterior of the home for routine weekly maintenance.

House rules:

Please note the house has very strict quiet hours from 8 pm to 8 am to maintain the quiet for the neighborhood and community. This restricts access to the outdoor pool and patio area post 8 pm. The house has zero tolerance for parties, loud music and any disturbance in the outside area especially in the quiet hours. Maintaining the peace and quiet of the community is our top priority and in cases where this not followed your reservation will be cancelled. The outside backyard cameras will be on post 8 pm to ensure maintaining quiet hours for the community.

Other things to note
Pool Heater:

Pool Heater available as an additional fee of $25.00 per day from the arrival day to the departure day. Only schedule for 7 hours per day when the pool is running. Special monthly rates available.

In the event that pool heating is requested, the homeowner or property manager cannot guarantee the pool's temperature as this will vary according to different factors, the main one being the prevailing weather conditions. Please be aware that pool heaters have electrical
and mechanical components that can sometimes malfunction and are entirely beyond our control. All pool heaters in FT Myers and Cape Coral are electric as there are no natural gas lines. Electric Pool heaters only generate heat if the outdoor temp is 65+ degrees. We would love the pool to be 85 for everyone but we can not control the outdoor temperatures.

Bugs: What Months Are No-See-Ums in Florida? No-see-ums live in Florida's warmest months, which are June and July. But maybe found througghout the year. Adults are most active at dusk and dawn and congregate near standing pools of water.

GUESTS of GUESTS

No guest may invite any guest to the property that is not listed and named on the booking thought the booking platform. Any changes to the original guest list must be agreed upon with the host though an altered reservation before any new guest is allowed to enter the property. If the guest list is amended on the day of check in a call to the booking agent may be necessary but in all cases no new guest is allowed to enter the property without being listed on the reservation altered or otherwise. Additional guests are not insured by Airbnb even if they stop by for a moment, everyone is better off being protected , we appreciate this respect in advance.

GUEST COUNT AND NAMES

As per booking platform rules names of all guests using the property must be listed on the reservation with the host. Any revisions to this list must be shared with the host prior to entering the property. Occupancy exceeding the agreed upon guest count and names thereto, or occupancy exceeding the contracted guest count in the reservation, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises or any neighboring properties and any other acts that may interfere with neighbors rights to quiet enjoyments of their properties.
