The Apartment, on one level, on the ground floor consists of:

→ a coffee maker, a toaster.
→ a washing machine in the common areas.
★CLEANING and LINEN★ If you wish, the linen is done by us, as well as the cleaning between each stay. For everyone's comfort, we ask that you maintain the apartment well during your stay and let us know when booking if you want to clean with an additional charge of €30. Please note that bed and bath linen is not provided, unless requested at a charge of €10.
★MEDIUM-TERM STAYS Do not★ hesitate to contact us, we will offer you a personalized rate.
Guest access
With its ★PRETTY GARDEN WITH★ this apartment is accessed from the side of the house, the tour of the house is fenced.
Instructions including its precise location, as well as the lockbox code, will be sent to you by text message the day before your arrival at 12pm.
★Entries: from 3 pm.
★Exits: until 10 a.m.
★SUITCASES★ Don't hesitate, you can drop off your suitcases before your check-in time.
Other things to note
ǐ Our House is NON-SMOKING inside.
We want you to have a pleasant stay but we do not allow parties or gatherings in our accommodation. For any violation of these rules or for any deterioration, we may ask you to pay the sum of 500 euros.
