The modernly equipped apartment is a 15-minute walk from Kurfürstendamm in a traffic-calmed street. It has 1 bedroom with double bed (queen size and smart TV) and a single room. Entrance via 2 staircases with 20 steps each in the backyard, so it's not suitable for people with walking disabilities.

The kitchen is fully-equipped and invites you to cook and relax. There is an extra shower room and a toilet bathroom with 2 sinks

Guest access
You can use the entire apartment for yourself.
Separated directly next to the apartment by a door, is our 70m2 yoga school, which is used for yoga within the week of 5pm - 10pm. Feel free to visit our yoga classes after consultation. In the bedroom with the double bed, there is a Smart TV, which allows you to watch programs, documents, films and messages with various apps. It doesn't have a TV function !

Other things to note
Children up to 12 years old are not permitted. Check in is possible with our key box after 4pm.
Checkin is organized with our key box.
