Light, space, views, location. All of these are essential elements for the perfect house, and this two-bedroom penthouse apartment boasts them all. It is located in the Barrio del Arenal, on the banks of the Guadalquivir river, next to the Maestranza bullring, just a five minute walk from the Giralda and the very traditional Triana district. Here’s where Seville’s many faces –its monuments, tourist attractions, cultural venues, financial district– come together.
Accommodating up to three people, the apartment is an ode to light and serenity, with space as the main player. Not for nothing, its owner is one of the most renowned interior designers of Seville. Its large terrace offers stunning views of the Giralda and the city’s picturesque skyline, and brings light streaming in to the rest of the house.
The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom a single bed. The minimalist kitchen is open plan and shares the same space as the dining room, which is presided over by a spectacular wooden table.
The minimalist and conceptual décor is based on chosen classics of twentieth-century design, both striking and functional. But the main element is the pervasive colour white. The stark walls create a serene atmosphere which provides a contrast to the bustling neighbourhood in which this apartment sits. The most important date for this area is the week of the Seville Fair, held in April each year, for which the neighbouring Maestranza bullring is the ultimate meeting point. But not to worry: in addition to its high quality finishings, the apartment has been fitted with air conditioning and is excellently soundproofed.
The whole apartment is at your disposal with the apartment ready and prepared for your stay: the beds made, heating (or air conditioning) on and the fridge with water, milk, butter, bread, coffee and a few additional things in the fully equipped kitchen.
We receive our guests personally and give them 2 sets of keys.

Check-in times are between 15:00 and 20:30. If you want to arrive any earlier, please check availability in advance.
Check-in between 20:30 and 22:30 will have a surcharge of 30€; check-in after 22.30 a surcharge of 50€. This amount will be payable to our staff member meeting you on arrival.
Our small agency was created by two people: Karin Wallis, half English and half Swedish has lived most of her life in Madrid and Nono de Barco, 100% Sevillano down to the marrow, has lived in Seville all of his life. We created the agency as we wish to do something different: take peoples charming homes and transform them into rentals, keeping the magic and charm the owners created when they built their home but at the same time making it comfortable and adequate for our clients such as giving them plenty of empty cupboard space, ensuring the only food in the fridge is the one of our welcome hamper and making sure everything is working correctly and is sparkling clean so that when you arrive, the property will feel like instant home to you too. There are no two properties alike, nor are there two guest exactly alike but we do trust we will have the right home for you.
