Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. I want to use the word workcation with this property, enjoy pool while working at home. large common area and workstation is your place to stay. Disney land 8 miles and you are in the middle of orange county California. Out of 5 bedrooms only this and the other room share 1 bathroom while others have their own bathroom.

The space
"House Rules:

Always clean up after yourself, including any personal items or food in the common areas, and leave them as they were before your use.
Wash dishes immediately after use and do not leave them in the sink.
Quiet time starts at 10 pm, and no laundry is allowed after 10 pm.
Do not bring anyone who is not listed on the Airbnb reservation. If we receive complaints, we may have to end the reservation without a refund.
Always be respectful to others.
Never consume someone else's food without their permission.

Special House Rules:

Please remove your shoes upon entering the house.
Turn off lights and fans when leaving the house. If it's noticed that they've been left on for a long time, the housekeeper will enter the room only to turn them off. Please indicate on the door if you do not allow this. We keep the room fees low and we appreciate your cooperation. Thank you for your understanding.
Please place your instant food trash outside of the room so the housekeeper can dispose of it (this will help keep the room free of food smells).
Please do not set the temperature lower than 70 degrees. The air conditioning works very well, and someone may feel too cold. Please contact the host with any concerns."
