Brightly lit and welcoming flat on a peaceful tree-lined road with excellent transport links to the rest of London. A 25 minute journey to central London (to King's Cross/St Pancras), 10 mins walk from both the Victoria Line (via Blackhorse Road station) and the Overground to Liverpool Street (via St James Station).

Ideal for exploring London as well as the local Walthamstow area.

The space
The flat has the following:
- High speed Wi-Fi (fibre broadband)
- Bed linen and towels provided

Bedroom: double bed with clothes hanging and drawer space provided (sections for guests will be labelled).

Living room: has comfy sofa, armchair, TV, and desk / workspace with plenty of daylight. Sofa can be extended into a comfy double bed.

Kitchen/Diner: fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, tea & coffee kit, dining table and seating for 4, plates, cutlery and glasses, cleaning supplies, and washing machine.

Bathroom: Shower/bathtub and toilet

Please note that some possessions will be stored in the flat during your stay, however sections will be cleared for you to use freely (e.g. clothes hanging space, drawer, fridge, bathroom).

Other things to note
The flat is situated on a peaceful road, and typical neighbourly behaviour is required, i.e. no loud noise during weekdays (daytime/evenings) and being respectful of neighbours in general.

The building entrance has a shared front door with my lovely upstairs neighbour, who you may see in passing! Please take care to close, but *not lock*, the front door so that everyone can use it. If you do see neighbours in passing, please be respectful of them and their homes. 😊

If you are booking for 2 people but require two rooms/beds, please let me know in advance so that I can prepare the bedding for the sofa bed as well.
