Escape to this brand-new custom-built cottage on Royal Island in Georgian Bay! Includes transportation, or rent our Pontoon boat. Winter season includes an exciting air boat ride!

Our location is unique, its very close to mainland (5min boat ride). Tons of amenities in the area including, beaches, hiking, fishing, shopping, restaurants etc. Don't forget about unforgettable sunsets!

The space
Enjoy serenity at this 2.5 Acre Island Oasis property with 500 feet of shoreline. Smooth rolling property with no steps. Enjoy great swimming on the sandy beach or off the dock. Your stay includes transportation to and from the island or rent the optional pontoon boat and go exploring on Georgian Bay!

Guest access
Guest are welcome to use the entire property like it’s their own. Please respect the other neighbours on the island and stay within the boundaries of the property.

Other things to note
This property is a true escape being water access only. It is very close to the marina / mainland and we have taken care of transportation to and from the island. If you'd like to enhance your experience you can rent our awesome pontoon boat during the summer to explore and tour around.

Winter months are perfect for couples and small groups. Transportation via an exciting airboat or Hover Craft ride is included with your booking for a group of four. Additional guests will require an extra trip at $200 round-trip.

The hosts, Matt and Heather, grew up as avid campers and cottagers, taking on many summer and winter escapades around Canada. North Simcoe and Muskoka, however, have always held a special place in their hearts. They’ve enjoyed every type of getaway, from the rustic cottage to refined resorts, but it was hard to find it all in one place. So they decided to bring people an unforgettable, resort-like experience on Royal Island in Georgian Bay.
