This brand new studio with private access is perfect for a Georgia game day weekend, graduation, or visiting family and friends in the Athens, GA area. Located in a quiet neighborhood just 12 minutes to campus, this studio provides a Full Novaform Bed, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee maker with Starbucks coffee, and all-season climate control. The studio includes all new wood flooring, subway tiled full-bathroom with quartz counter tops. Wifi and YouTube TV streaming included.

The space
The space is a finished studio above a detached garage in a quiet residential neighborhood. Private door with access code opens to wood floor staircase leading to the studio.

One full size bed and one full size futon provide accommodations up to 4 people.

Guest access
Parking is available on the street in front of the house. We ask you not to park in the driveway as to not block access to the main house.

Private keypad access directly from driveway. Guests have access to the rental unit only.
