Quaint, clean, 2 bed and modern (industrial) upper level home with higher end kitchen in the historical district of Bozeman. Blocks from the local Coop grocery store, coffee shops and MSU. Easy access to downtown. Hardwood floors and a yard with bbq. (Looking for something less expensive. Don't mind possibly sharing the common space, want trails outside the door? Enquire and I can send you more information on another location nearby).
NOTE: Because of last minute travel plans, I have recently moved out of the home, so that guests can enjoy a private 2 bed home. This means, the photos are not current of the kitchen (since I have taken most of my personal items out). But, it is still clean and a well stocked kitchen for any cook to enjoy. The bright and airy master room sits in the back of the house, which is the quieter side of the home. Closet, dresser drawers and night stands with drawers easily will hold your things, and a high end queen size Sealy Orthopedic bed. Small table large enough for a laptop, for any work needs as well as a large tv screen, you can use as a monitor or watch shows off your laptop via internet (I don't have tv hook-up because I don't watch much tv and hopefully you will be having too much fun in town or outdoors too). Second room holds another queen bed and a built in desk area in the closet. Please excuse the outside of the home it hasn't quite caught up to the rest of the home yet :-)
Guests will have access to the upper living area. This is a house with a basement apartment. You are welcome to use the bbq on the deck area and use the backyard. Currently, the garage is off limits. I do have a long term tenant who lives in the basement and does have access to the garage for some of his personal items.
Interaction with guests
I can assist in almost any manner when I am in town. Please check out the Guidebook here on Airbnb, where I have listed my favorite places. There is also a binder full of manuals for any of the appliances and directions on how to use them.
Other things to note
Since, I love the outdoors, traveling and working on expanding my business (Happy Dog Beer Co.- beer for dogs) you may or may not see me around. Breakfast will not be included... but please feel free to use anything that is left in the home/refrigerator. There is no tv hookup or ac. There is a basement tenant. We have sound proofed the floor. But please be mindful of noise.
All I ask is common courtesy. Please leave the home and items in good condition as we left it for you. Please complete the checkout list so that I can keep costs lower for house keeping and I can fully refund your deposit (please report any damages upfront and be willing to cover costs of damages if need be). I don't mind friends stopping by to hang out, but request quiet time to be 10PM-8AM. NO SMOKING OR DRUGS ON PROPERTY. Sorry, NO PETS. Unfortunately some bad experiences with pets in the past has stopped any further allowances. If I find out that pets are brought in, I will request they are removed immediatly and fine $100/pet.
From Oct 03, 2017 - May 31, 2018 the minimum stay is 29 nights.

I grew up in a small town, so even though I love visiting cities, I am a country girl at heart. I love the mountains, water and wide open spaces, so Montana is a perfect fit for me. Travel is one way that helps me keep life in perspective. I love it because I am one who loves change and challenges. I love to meet new people, discover new things and try new things from food to different activities. I don't spend much time watching TV, movies or even u-tube (unless during research or studying new things). I am a photographer and like to dwindle in real estate as well enjoys starting new ventures (businesses). I can be quiet or chatty, depending on my mood. I love the outdoors and have learned recently to snowboard (splitboarding) and white river kayaking. I love to laugh and dance (swing and country), listen to live bands and reading is something I wish I would do more of. I have a wonderful labradoodle, my travel companion (he has traveled many countries with me) and my service dog, who is very friendly and smart. My life motto is "no regrets"... so, I try to live my life fully. If I am around, I would love to chat over coffee or a drink and get to know you more.
