The space
One of the highlights of your stay at “ Sheer Folly Cottage” will be the lake access. Step off the lower ramp into the water for a refreshing swim or take a kayak and explore the tranquil waters of Darling Lake at your leisure. The outside shower offers privacy and room for 2.
We cannot guarantee NO MOSQUITOS but if you find one, dead or alive you get a gold star. Our cottages are most suitable for families and mature adults with an adventurous spirit. We strive to provide clean accommodations, but we are not hospital sterile. We are lake front setting surrounded by nature with creatures, water, trees and some wildlife. There is parking at the door; shower and flushing water is drawn from the lake, cooking and drinking water is delivered.

No smoking/vaping or non prescribed drugs. You are likely to encounter nature in a variety of forms, all creatures great and small are welcomed to pass by undisturbed. Please note, there is extra sheets if you want to change bedding. Be aware we do not provide plug ins for electric vehicles, there are charging stations in town.
