Two-story beach villa in Platamona, perfect for hosting groups of family or friends, up to 11 people; 6 bedrooms (5 double, 1 single); 3 bathrooms. Large and well-equipped kitchen. The space
The house has six bedrooms, one double on the ground floor and five (four double, one single) upstairs. Of the three full bathrooms, one is on the ground floor and the others upstairs. The master bedroom overlooks a large terrace overlooking the sea. The single room overlooks a small terrace, even with a sea view. Of the two bathrooms upstairs, one has a bathtub with shower, the other has a shower. The living area, accessed from the main entrance of the house, is spacious and bright and includes two dining areas and a living room with fireplace. The house is equipped with heating and air conditioning via heat pumps in all bedrooms and in the living room. The entrance door is reached through a raised terrace that can serve as an outdoor stay.
