Discover comfort and adventure in our home's charming lower, private suite, nestled in a tranquil neighbourhood steps from the stunning Coles Bay. We are close to BC Ferries (10 min), the airport (7min), Sidney (10 min) and Victoria (30 min).

Highlights:
- Beach Access (5-min walk): Coles Bay is a perfect swimming or paddling beach.
- Ardmore Golf Course (2-min walk): play 9 holes and treat yourself to pub lunch.
- Backyard: one-acre secluded yard, access to outdoor amenities & wandering hens.

The space
- Private Entrance through furnace room
- Living Room: hide-a-bed sofa and TV.
- Amenities: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, air fryer, rice cooker, and fridge.
- Bedroom: plush, queen-bed.
- Bathroom: private bathroom with a shower.
- Outdoor bistro set and patio set, Bocce, and trampoline. Access our outdoor amenities as you wish and at your own risk ;)

Guest access
Guests will have access to their own space, separate from our home's upstairs suite. Access our suite through a shared laundry/furnace room using your own entrance. To protect your privacy, we do not access this space during your stay.
Guests are welcome to enjoy our yard at their own risk.

Other things to note
While we prefer to host two-guest stays, we can accommodate up to four guests, using the hide-a-bed sofa.

You will be staying in our family home, and the suite, while separate, is not entirely soundproof. You may notice a bit of normal family activity (primarily, first thing in the morning and a bit in the evening). During the summer months, you likely won't notice us at all. In the fall and winter months, you may hear more of us. We will do our best to tread lightly!

While we provide appliances for basic food preparation, the suite does not have a dedicated kitchen space.

Please note that this is a rural experience, so you will find yourself quite close to nature.

You may also find that our friendly animals (cats, dog, chickens, and ducks) may wander around, seeking attention. ;)
