You love nature? You are at the right place! Private suite & entrance in 1/2 Basement of a house waterfront. Big bedroom with Queen bed, Cosy Lounge and KITCHENET for light meal only. Covered Terrasse to smoke & BBQ parking at the door. Access to river... NO swimming... All services at 6 min by car, and u are about 35 min from Downtown Montréal. Charming old town : Vieux Terrebonne with restos , pub , café at 8 min by car. Bus at the door each hour- it takes 1h to 1h30 to Montreal.
The space
Bring your personal things and almost all the rest is furnished (Towels, bedding, toilet paper, kleenex, dish, towels etc... You will live a wonderful experience with a personalized welcoming in functions of your needs.
This Cosy apartment is Located in the half basement of a big house with waterfront. There is a big room with window and Cosy living room open with KITCHENETTE for light meals only. Your apartment is always fresh in summer (if needed there is 3 fans inside) and outside with the water it's always 2 degres less! there is an electric fireplace in the bedroom for cooler nights

You have a covered terrace at your door where you can relax and smoke. Also a available a small charcoal BBQ (briquettes include!)
You can have access to the property's fireplace outdoor (bring your own logs ).
Access anytime to long chairs by the river in the large garden witch is share with my family and friends. Calm, nature and waterfront !
At only 6 minutes by car of all services (shopping center: super market, restaurants, pharmacy, SAQ (wine and alcohol), post, boutiques, 2 banks. Also a 24 h MC DONALD'S , service gaz and store a little bit further in the same corner).
For sportive people, you can walk, run, go by bike or roller blade that will bring u to all commodities (6 km).

You will find: al fridge 18pi3, micro wave, cafe machine, toaster oven, Air fryer (small oven), toaster, 2 heating plates ordinary or induction and a multi use cooking machine. Regular plates, glasses and utensils are provided or I also furnish throw able one, so less dishes to wash !
Include most base for meal but **NO REGULAR STOVE/OVEN INSIDE. choice of 2 BBQ outside for yummie grills !
PLEASE TAKE GOOD NOTE that if you want to cook many big meals during your stay, that the cocoon is not made for that. There is no fan to take smells out so the odors persist after your stay.
** please take note that for more then 4 days stay, we will need access to our washing and drying machine witch are in your appartment. We advise you in advamce if we need them.
Other things to note
Always better to have a car to visit the beautiful places around and to move around but if not, the bus takes you at the door and brings you to Montreal metro station Henri Bourassa.(1 hour) then take subway (30 min more).
Bus pass every hour in front of the house.
There is Large land with the river on the side, it's wonderfull for all sports on water or others...summer like winter SKIDOO LOCATION AT 5 MINUTES! (ski- skate-jogging-skidoo-fishing on ice or in summer bring your kayak- roller blade, your boat (if too big there is a marina 4 minutes away from the house)- pedalo, sea doo, ski nautique, etc.... approx 17-35 minutes away from Montreal by car depending on where u go, so many activities to do !! Very touristic Vieux Terrebonne is 8 minutes away, a lots of history on l'ile des Moulins. There is many resto, boutiques, ice cream bar, pubs, activities, theater, etc... Also you have Laurentians with all amazing little town are about 30 min. and more away

Real nature in town ! 4 seasons in Québec is just amazing, come and relax in a beautiful little apartment all equiped. Cosy apartment located near by the river. A lots a space outside to enjoy nature and sun. Little parc at the end of the island at 10 minutes walking, you will find commodities to relax with a fantastic view on Montreal and two rivers melting together! Location of ski doo or Boating tours at Marina at 4-5 minutes from apartment or to put bigger boat on water. Many GOLF court around and horses riding 15 minutes away.

I love nature and sports, which is why we live here in this little paradise with everything. I invite you to come and share the joys of nature in our little free paradise occasionally for people who love nature. It is located in a ZEN environment in the heart of nature 5 minutes from all amenities or 7 minutes from the old Terrebonne (very touristy historical site where you can find restaurants - bars - activities). The great city of Montreal is 20 minutes away and the Laurentians 30 minutes. Not to mention the rest of Quebec to visit!
