Terms: The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of checkout, provided no damage is reported. The £15 fee covers admin and processing costs.
𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟯: Damage Protection for Guests Aged 25 and Under
A £300 bond is required, which includes a £50 non-refundable administrative fee. The remaining £250 will be refunded if all house rules are followed.
