Our space is ideal for relaxing and enjoying a beautiful view with private access to the lake.
We are located in a condominium, next to the Rio Bonito dam (Palmeiras).
A dream come true after many years of dedication and work.
It will be a great pleasure to welcome you and share this little piece of paradise in the midst of nature.

The space
Gorgeous townhouse with panoramic lake views.
On the first floor are the 04 bedrooms (with bed and bath linens), 01 full bathroom, large living room integrated with the kitchen and dining area. They have a wood fireplace (we offer firewood), TV, armchair and a sofa bed. Kitchen equipped with microwave, wood stove and all utensils. Dining area integrated with a glazed balcony that allows a spectacular view of the lake.
On the ground floor is the gourmet party area with barbecue (we have all grilled utensils available), woodstove, gas stove, refrigerator and brewery. Access to the Deck.
Service area with washing machine, dryer and 01 full bathroom.
We offer fishing rods and a canoe.

Guests are fully accessible to all space of the home as well as the property.

There are parking spaces next to the property and in the shared use space of the condominium.
Also to an exclusive area in the condo to have access to the lake with jetski or boats.
