This is a loft near to the historical centre of Florence, in a quiet street at the bottom of Fiesole hill. From the entrance, a large bright room with a tennis-table and the bike parking slots, in common with the owner, you enter a fresh, newly refurnished loft, with white walls and furniture as well. The living space has a crystal large table for dining, the kichenette, and a double-bed sofa. The double-bed bedroom is equipped with a small wardrobe and a chest of drawers, and of course a library. Soft and comfortable lights in both the spaces. From the bedroom you get into the coal-designed bathroom (with shower).
The neighborhood is full of services, such as a daily veggie market in Le Cure square, just 5 minutes walk, the bus stop just in front of the entrance on the opposite site of the street, tennis courts, bars, restaurants, among whom one excellent restaurant for fish dishes, barbers (a lot!), hairdressers, and so on, not to mention Florence and its Piazza Signoria just 15 minutes by bus or 10 by bike.
In the peaceful and convivial Le Cure quarter, at the foot of Fiesole, one can rest and relax as if in a small village while being so close to the world most famous Renaissance centre. In fact Le Cure owns a daily and crowded market of fresh vegetables and fruits, tennis clubs, gardens, small shops. Moreover, the historical Villa Schifanoia where the "Decameron" by Boccaccio (approx. 1352) was set, is just within the quarter.
