The space
Welcome to Sunset Estates Samui Luxury Villas, just a short walk from the stunning Thongson Beach, and this is our luxurious 5-star villa, perfect for up to 8 guests! Step into luxury with a private elevator at your service. Take a dip in the infinity pool, complete with a jacuzzi side, while enjoying breathtaking sunset views over the sea. Stay connected with free high-speed Wi-Fi and relax in our fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Unwind in the spacious living room with a large sofa and flat-screen SmartTV.
Outdoors, enjoy the pool area with sun umbrella, table, and pool chairs, along with a barbecue for your convenience. Entertain yourself in the games room with a pool table, or take care of laundry needs in the clothes washing area.
Each bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom, complete with towels, toiletries, and bed linen. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, pool and ocean views, and a TV, while other bedrooms include king-size or single beds, all air-conditioned with extra ceiling fans and wardrobes.
Housekeeping is provided free of charge (frequency varies), along with airport pick-up. Additionally, we offer complimentary use of baby cot, high chair, ironing board, iron, outdoor furniture, and kitchenware.
For added convenience, the laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities, and storage space. Enjoy every moment of your stay in our luxurious villa estate!
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire villa, without any restriction: swimming pool, pool area with sun beds, living room with sofa and tv, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all bedrooms, all en-suite bathrooms, balcony, private garage, clothes washing area.
Other things to note
We have an on-site Villa Manager ready to assist guest from 9am to 5pm. Villa manager will assist you to order food and book activities such as Taxi service with private drivers; Excursions, Car and Scooter Rental; In-Villa Thai Chef, In-Villa Massages; In Villa - Nanny Services; Island hoping, sunset cruises and so on. Ask for details upon check-in.
BREAKFAST
We are proud to introduce our dedicated Breakfast Delivery Service. Please request the Menu. It works like this: You let us know your order the night before, any set you wish, and it will get delivered the following morning, when you wish.
Wake up with a hot breakfast delivered to your door? We highly recommend it! I mean, it cannot be more convenient than that.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
As ALL OTHER VILLAS DO IN SAMUI, we request a security deposit upon check-in: 10,000 Thai Baht to be given upon check-in. It will be fully returned to you upon check-out after a check-out villa inspection. We also accept the equivalent in any major currency (USD, EUR, GPB, CYN, AUD, RUB).
ELECTRICITY AND WATER
****While most villas on Samui charge extra for electricity WE DON'T: Unlimited Electricity usage with no additional charges****
Electricity and Water are included and you won't pay anything extra on check-out. However, for long term stays (28 nights and over) electricity is not included and charged at THB 7.5/Kwh.
WE ADVISE: if you are researching on Airbnb and thinking of staying in a different Villa in Samui, make sure to ask the Host whether the electricity is included or you have to pay extra on check-out.
EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT
We are happy to offer FREE early check-in and late check-out subject to availability.
GROCERY SHOPPING SERVICE
We can arrange a fully stocked bar and fridge! Just let us know 48h in advance what you wish to have and it will be in your villa when you arrive. You can pay the service, and the ingredients, upon check-in.
