The spacious, attractively furnished lounge/dining room has a built in bar, wood burner, satellite Tv (Freeview channels) and Dvd and Cd player/radio. A door leads from the dining area into a large, well equipped kitchen with black marble worktops and light wood cabinets. Facilities include a large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and electric ceramic hob with oven.
All master bedrooms have a modern bathroom and air conditioning. The spacious master bedroom upstairs is accessed via a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds, ideal for children. Pool heating is available on request at an extra cost.
This villa was built around an old carob tree which now shades part of the terrace. Casa Carob benefits from a private, elevated plot of approximately one hectare with stunning views across the vineyards and rolling countryside to the Algarve coast.
From Casa Carob you can take lovely walks; within about half an hour you can reach the typical fishing village of Carvoeiro, which has a wide choice of excellent seafood restaurants and a beautiful beach. For golfers, the Algarve's excellent Gramacho and Pinta courses can be reached within a 10-minute drive.
