White bath towels and hand towels are provided for drying the body only. A $10 soiling fee will be charged for each if used for other purposes.

Unauthorized late check-out will incur the full day reservation fee or $150 (whichever is greater) as this will impact the full day's schedule.

Late check-out requests are denied as it affects the schedule for the entire day due to guests checking in immediately after cleaning, and our staff is on a tight schedule.

Please use the large container on the side of the yard by the side door of the garage (you will see it as soon as you enter) to dispose of all trash.

Put away dishes and cookware. Please clean up after use, and we will do a detailed cleaning.

Dispose of any opened food in the refrigerator. Please leave only unopened items in the refrigerator.

Opened condiments are acceptable. If you leave food/spices/coffee, ensure they are not rancid. If you move furniture, return it to its original position.

Turn off lights, fans, and thermostats, unplug all small appliances (coffee makers, blenders, etc.).
