NEED TO KNOW

Electricity is included in short-term stays (<28 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. Should your stay be 28 nights or more, we will collect a security deposit before check-in.

Part of this development is still under construction, however this will not affect our guests stay since the construction is completely separate from the living space and common areas.
The penthouse itself is VERY QUIET, so rest assured that you will not be affected by noise.
