The space
This beautiful, newly remodeled and gracefully decorated home in the charming city of Lago Vista offers Lake Travis views and a spacious layout perfect for entertaining and relaxing.
The main level of the home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a primary bedroom with access to the covered deck overlooking the lake and lush wooded views. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the deck, taking in the tranquil setting. The main level also features a convenient wet bar, perfect for hosting gatherings or enjoying a night in. The living area boasts plenty of natural light and a cozy fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Downstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, one bathroom, and a large game room/flex space, perfect for hosting guests or creating a home gym or office. Step outside to the spacious bottom deck, where you can take in even more views.
The outdoor deck features a welcoming firepit, perfect for cozy winter evenings. Guests can relax by the warm flames while enjoying stunning lake views. Guest access
Guess access to house by smart lock. Code will be given to guest 1 day prior to arrival. You'll have a full access to the home minus two closets which are used for housekeeping and owner storage.

At the heart of the game room, a large screen television is set up with a Nintendo gaming console, complete with a selection of popular games to choose from. Whether it's racing around the track in Mario Kart, exploring new worlds in Super Mario Odyssey, or competing in a friendly game of Super Smash Bros., guests can immerse themselves in the immersive world of Nintendo gaming from the comfort of the cozy seating area.

* Kayaks are at Arrowhead park complimentary for guests. Two life vests and paddles are provided. $50 penalty for each lost item. Due to the drought condition, from where the kayaks are located, you may need to drive a long the shoreline to find a safe place where you can launch.
