Relax and enjoy a colorfully designed, eclectic, family friendly home with a large flower garden + greenhouse in the fully fenced backyard in Beacon Hill. Walk / bike along Beacon Ave S path, and enjoy easy access to many of the city’s main attractions. 10-15 minutes to downtown (Pike Place, Aquarium, the SAM), SeaTac Airport, and the stadiums.

Our curated, design-minded two story mid-century rambler has:

- Full 3 bedrooms / beds
-An additional futon in the downstairs den (can accommodate 1 person)
- 1 Full bathroom and a 3/4 bathroom
-Full kitchen with new appliances upstairs
-Mini kitchenette downstairs
-Heating / AC mini-splits
-Air purifiers on both floors
-New washer and dryer
-Fully fenced backyard with large flower garden, greenhouse, 2 fire pit areas, propane grill and covered dining area
-Main driveway: Parking for 1 car in covered carport with additional room for another car behind it
-Additional off street parking for up to two other cars on property in second driveway

We are located near Boeing Field, but with new windows replaced in 2022, the plane noise is not a distraction indoors!
