Enjoy a quiet farm setting with panoramic views of the Bay of Fundy. This newly-renovated home is situated on 35 acres and offers a massive dining room (seats 12), fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and all the modern amenities (cable, wi-fi, stereo system). Follow a groomed trail down rolling hills to experience cliff-side views of the Bay. Enjoy cocktails by the pond or fireside. Easy access to Middleton, Port George, and Port Lorne. Minutes from Highway 101.

The space
All bedrooms have Queen sized beds.

There is one bedroom on the first floor where you'll also find a full bath with shower. A second bedroom is located up the stairs in the kitchen. This bedroom has an ensuite bath with shower. Two more bedrooms and one bath can be located upstairs off the front hall. They share a full bath with shower. One bedroom has a window AC unit that can be easily connected when needed. There also is a reading nook with comfortable tucked in the upper hall.

The first floor also includes a half-bath with easy access to the hot tub on the patio.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove top, electric oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator and dishwasher. You also will find a toaster, blender, coffee mater, Soda Stream machine, Instapot, and espresso machine.

The dining room has an enormous table that seats 12. You also will find a supply of board games in that room.

The living room has a large section and television with cable for relaxing. This space also includes a bonus conversation area with a sofa and two chairs for reading and relaxation. This area has a mini-split unit for heating and air conditioning.
