Welcome to The Blue House On The Narrows! Step into a one-of-a-kind retreat at the mouth of St. John's Harbour, where every detail embodies relaxation and wonder. Begin your journey by parking up to two cars in the driveway.

As you approach, the wrap-around deck invites you to soak in uninterrupted views of the Battery, Signal Hill, and St.John’s cityscape. Feel the sea breeze and excitement as you enter the property with keyless entry, offering seamless access to your coastal escape.

Enter the home and be greeted by an inviting open-concept living and kitchen area, designed with modern elegance. The heart of the living space features a wood-burning fireplace, setting the stage for cozy evenings and breathtaking views from the picture windows.

Two main floor bedrooms await, each adorned with luxuriously comfortable bedding and offering incredible vistas of the iconic Battery and Signal Hill. Wake up to the sight of ships passing through the harbour and the historic landmarks that define St. John's.
