Welcome to Sparrowhawk Lodge in Dead Man’s Flats, just minutes from Canmore. This top-floor condo offers breathtaking mountain views overlooking the courtyard, with Grotto Mountain creating a stunning natural backdrop.

Set away from the elevator, the unit offers a quiet, private atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing mountain getaway.

Guests love the heated year-round saltwater pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Nature is right at your doorstep with Pigeon Creek just behind the complex, plus a short 5-minute walk to the Bow River in the nearby forested trails.

For those who appreciate a more tranquil stay, Dead Man’s Flats offers a peaceful alternative to the bustle of downtown Canmore, while still keeping you close to everything.

Enjoy the convenience of having a local coffee shop, Eclipse, right in the building, along with The Flats Liquor Store. Just one exit away, the Gateway at Three Sisters commercial area features additional shops and amenities, including an IGA grocery store less than a 5-minute drive.

Our stylish one-bedroom unit features a king-size bed that guests often describe as exceptionally comfortable. The living room sofa bed accommodates two additional guests, and a pack-n-play and highchair are available for your little one, making it a great fit for families.
