Alon is a very warm heart, nice person. His house is near to underground(Metro), only 5 to 7 minutes walk. It's also near bus station . Both underground and buses is easy to get to central of London City. Alon keeps the room in a tidy and clean condition. We arrive London airport…

It was a pleasure to host Sheryl and her sons, and I would be delighted if they return. -- I need only clarify the nearest underground & bus stations at Swiss Cottage are NOT '5 to 7 minutes walk'. They are only 2 minutes, 200 meters round the corner from the house and Hampstead Theatre . It's vital to make this distinction because some people consider 5-7 minutes walk too far to reach public transport. It's why it's noted at the top of all my listings Description: ' 2 minutes walk from Swiss Cottage station.'
Great house, great location. Just very poor communication which lets the accommodation down.

Prospective Guests will note that I rarely respond to Reviews. I prefer to let them speak for themselves, and only respond out of necessity. In this case, Dan’s Review is noteworthy for his concern with Communication for which he gave me the lowest star ranking 1. It’s necessary to not only compare with my Review of Dan (click on his profile), but also consider my Airbnb Stats from 246 Reviews over 5 years.—Dan accentuated his concern both in Private feedback to me & Airbnb:“very poor communication which led to the problems with the bags left at yours. I think it would be wise to invest in a smartphone so clients can get hold of you.”—‘Your guest had some difficulty communicating with you at this part of their trip. Host didn’t respond.’—Since Dan extols the virtues of the smart-phone, it’s strange that he was unable to access the Airbnb Reservation Confirmation with my address or respond to my ritual communiques prior to arrival. Yet, I don’t believe it was a mechanical problem rather Dan & companion’s critical faculties which were evidently impaired by alcohol and other intoxicating substances. Indeed, it well explains, why on return to collect their bags the following night, several hours after agreed time, I received a disquieting txt msg from my next door neighbour informing of a disturbance. His bell was repeatedly rang by ‘a couple of drunken men claiming to be your Airbnb guests’. My neighbour, a high ranking barrister, immediately called the police, because ‘We thought that they may have been trying to break in’. In short, Dan & companion were off their heads and not fit to be Airbnb guests.-- Airbnb made Stats available to Hosts a few years ago. I have 5 listings, the 4 rooms in the house and entire flat. Dan reviews the Livingroom-Bedroom, and it seems peculiar that his 1 star has not dented the perfect 5 Stars average for Communication over 38 Reviews! Three of the four other listings each have 4.9 Stars average for Communication ov (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Reviews. The final listing shows 4.8 Stars average for Communication over 44 Reviews. Needless to add, these Stats also speak for themselves.
