The space
Our house is newly furnished and is divided into three floors.
- On the central floor: Living room, kitchen, backyard, laundry room and toilet.
- Upstairs: Three bedrooms and a full bathroom.
- In the semi-basement: a bedroom.
You have high-speed Wi-Fi that you can connect to throughout the house.
We access the house through a patio equipped with a barbecue, umbrella, and table with eight chairs. In the living room you can enjoy three areas: an area with two comfortable sofas, smart TV and coffee table; a reading space with two armchairs and a work area equipped with a desk and chair. Two ceiling fans and air conditioning complete this room.
The kitchen is equipped with: dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, air fryer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kitchen utensils and table with chairs. This connects to a backyard: with an outdoor shower, awning, clotheslines, table with two chairs, and entrance to the laundry room.
In the laundry room there is a washing machine, a freezer, an iron, an ironing board, a folding clothesline and a heater. As well as cleaning products, detergent and fabric softener.
The master bedroom has a 180 x 190 cm double bed. It has a balcony, comfortable dressing room, armchair, foot of the bed to sit or support the suitcase, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bedside tables with lamps, blinds and mosquito nets.
The other two bedrooms upstairs have two beds each measuring 90 x 190 cm. A work area with a table that can be folded if you prefer. Built-in closets, air conditioning, ceiling fan,
blinds and mosquito nets.
The master bathroom has a shower, storage, hairdryer, hygiene products, and a first aid kit.
In the semi-basement you can find two 80 x 1.90 cm beds, which can be converted into a sofa, if you prefer. It has a table with two chairs, a closet, a clothes rack, a portable fan, and a window with a mosquito net.
You can park easily on the street and it's free.
It is located near supermarkets, pharmacy, and bars.
A few minutes away is the bus stop, or if you prefer the tram, to go to Cádiz.
The Bahía Sur shopping mall is also a few minutes away by car.

Guest access
Access to the house is directly from the street, which is very quiet and without traffic, without having to go through common areas with other neighbors. Most of the time you can park right at the door or a few meters from it.

The accommodation will be for your use only, but the rooms not needed based on the number of guests will be closed during your stay.
