The Westwood Home is furnished with all the comforts of home including a fully stocked Kitchen that offers a waffle maker, George Foreman grill, toaster, blender, hand mixer, and a combination coffee maker with the option for K-cups or regular brewed coffee.
The living area boasts a 65" smart television that is on a swivel and can be seen from anywhere in the living and dining area.
There are several games available in the living room closet for family fun as well as outdoor games located in large bin on the deck.
Bedrooms have extra bedding for your comfort and the primary has a 32' television with an amazon Fire Stick. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a double head walk-in shower.
Both bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels and extra toilet paper, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There is a hair dryer and iron with ironing board.
A washer and dryer on site for guest use, laundry soap and dryer sheets provided.
The home includes a large two-level deck with seating with cushions, Gas Grill, and a large backyard boasting multiple mature trees.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of mature trees. The home is located two blocks from a paved scenic walking trail that follows a nearby creek in the Shirewood residential area.
There are several small parks and seating areas throughout the neighborhood and plenty of places to walk and enjoy the outdoors, plus there is a large public pavilion, park, covered basketball court and playground just across Villa Maria Rd, 1 minute drive and a 10 minute walk from The Westwood Home. This public park sits between Mary Branch Elementary School and Bryan Fire Station #5.
Located within a 1 minute drive are several shopping options including a large Walmart, and multiple restaurants.
