The space
Located just a 5-minute stroll from the town center, the main beach, and the Playa Muertos, Sayulita Surf Bungalows offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience for families and small groups. Nestled in a residential area, our property features six uniquely designed bungalows, each offering a cozy stay in the heart of Sayulita.
Our bungalows are built in traditional with woven exterior walls and stunning palm thatch roofs, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay. Several of our bungalows boast teak floors for added beauty. Each bungalow accommodates up to two guests, with options for king beds, queen beds, or the flexibility of either a king or two twin beds. Perfect for groups of 6-12 people, every bungalow is equipped with A/C, ceiling fans, private bathrooms with hot water, and fiber-optic WiFi.
Five of our bungalows offer serene pool views, while Bungalow 4, our charming “tree house,” offers the utmost privacy and is uniquely built around a towering tree whose trunk is visible inside the bathroom – a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
The property also features a fully-equipped, open-air kitchen with a fridge, 4-burner stove, and shaded dining area that seats up to 12 guests. Just above the kitchen, a thatch-roof lounge area provides the ideal space to relax, unwind, and enjoy views of the pool and surrounding complex.
Sayulita Surf Bungalows is owned and operated by the Cadenas family – a local, professional surfing and fishing family with extensive international competition experience in surfing and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). Tree Bungalow 4 -
Our tree bungalow is a more private space and has a view of bungalow 3. This charming bungalow's bathroom was built around a trunk of a tree. The bungalow has a roof that is topped with a traditional palm thatch roof, and teak floors, blending rustic island charm with all the modern comforts you need. Inside, you’ll find a cozy king-sized bed, or the option for two single beds, a perfect place for unwinding after a day of exploring Sayulita. The private bathroom features hot water, and the space is kept cool and fresh with both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. A small furniture with hangers provides convenient storage.
Guest access
The property features 6 separate units, all sharing a covered open-air kitchen, with a large dining table perfect for preparing and enjoying meals with family and friends. Guests are also welcome to use the shared pool and the comfortable open-air sitting area above the kitchen, where you can relax and soak in the surrounding views.
