The condo is strictly NO smoking and NO pets. Smoking is fine on the back deck and at the pool, but please use the ashtray provided.
If you find something missing, damaged or not working please let us know as soon as possible.
Guests must understand that there will be NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY during the times guests may access the pool and agree to assume all risks and liability associated therewith. NEVER leave minors unattended in the pool.
Only those listed on the reservation confirmation may stay at the house, “new friends" are not allowed.
You are in a residential neighborhood (many homes are vacation rentals), loud parties are not allowed (such as bands and loud outdoor music at the pool). Please take out your trash and deposit it in the waste receptacles across the street , and turn on the dishwasher if you have any dirty dishes upon your departure.
Please take care of our home as you would want others to take care of yours.

Greetings from Savannah! My wife, Monique and I recently purchased a home so our great Condo is now available to the right Airbnbers. We work at two pretty cool restaurants here in Savannah that serve great food (check them out while you're here!). When we're not working, we love to travel. We've traveled pretty extensively in SE Asia, Europe, Mexico and Central America (Monique is from Panama so luckily we get to spend a lot of time there:). I grew up on beautiful Tybee Island, but spent many years away, living in New York and Los Angeles.
As for the Condo, cleanliness and comfort are always a priority. We like things clean and functional when we travel, so we know you will expect the same. Of course buildings that are 125 years old can't be perfect, but we've certainly made all of the necessary changes to make this place über-cozy! We live just down the street and can help you with anything you may need, as we just want you to relax and enjoy yourself... and we know that you will!
