The condo is strictly NO smoking and NO pets. Smoking is fine on the back deck and at the pool, but please use the ashtray provided.
If you find something missing, damaged or not working please let us know as soon as possible.
Guests must understand that there will be NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY during the times guests may access the pool and agree to assume all risks and liability associated therewith. NEVER leave minors unattended in the pool.
Only those listed on the reservation confirmation may stay at the house, “new friends" are not allowed.
You are in a residential neighborhood (many homes are vacation rentals), loud parties are not allowed (such as bands and loud outdoor music at the pool). Please take out your trash and deposit it in the waste receptacles across the street , and turn on the dishwasher if you have any dirty dishes upon your departure.

Brendan has hosting down pat. Up to our arrival, he was quick to get in touch with us, had detailed information on hand for everything, and was generally just a great host. The condo was pitch perfect. The bathroom was fantastic, kitchen immaculate and the king bed and sleeper sofa were extremely comfortable. No, really it's a disservice to call it a sleeper sofa, it was as amazing as the king bed. Everything was clean, warm and welcoming. As the temperature climbed, we ended up spending some time poolside, which was a fantastic respite after walking back from downtown (30 minutes through the beautiful parks) and at night we would take Lyfts ($5 or less) to some of the recommended places Brendan had left for us. Can't go wrong with this stellar condo, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Savannah.

This was a really great spot. Prior to booking, I read that the area could be considered sketchy. I disagree, I felt safe, my husband and I walked with our 1 year old daughter EVERYWHERE, and I fully believe that based off the location, the pricing was accurate and fair. We walked around Forsyth, got coffee, shopped at Kroger and walked to happy hour daily during our stay. The condo itself was very clean, well decorated, and their welcome basket and guidebook were thoughtful and detailed. Should we find ourselves in Savannah again, we would happily stay here. Unfortunately, due to Hurricane Irma, our stay was cut short and it was Brenden that expressed concern and assured us he had no problem refunding the duration of our stay because we were instructed to evacuate. Definitely recommend!

Brendan's place was great! Even more charming than the pictures, we truly felt at home during our stay. Check in was a breeze and communication with Brendan was top notch. The pool was an amazing feature and a welcome break from the hot Savannah sun. A very small thing to note is that the condo has Roku, which personally we weren't fans of, and would have preferred just standard tv services like Dish, but there is so much to enjoy from this condo that you will hardly need it.

Fabulous, clean, comfy and quiet place. Very convenient at the edge of the historic district. Relaxing by the pool at the end of a hot day was the perfect way to get some down time in before going out again in the evening.

Brendan's place was great for our trip to Savannah. He was a very communicative host and never hesitated to reach out with help or trip advice. Had some issues with the hot water, but didn't stop us from fully enjoying our stay. 10/10 would stay again.

Greetings from Savannah! My wife, Monique and I recently purchased a home so our great Condo is now available to the right Airbnbers. We work at two pretty cool restaurants here in Savannah that serve great food (check them out while you're here!). When we're not working, we love to travel. We've traveled pretty extensively in SE Asia, Europe, Mexico and Central America (Monique is from Panama so luckily we get to spend a lot of time there:). I grew up on beautiful Tybee Island, but spent many years away, living in New York and Los Angeles.
As for the Condo, cleanliness and comfort are always a priority. We like things clean and functional when we travel, so we know you will expect the same. Of course buildings that are 125 years old can't be perfect, but we've certainly made all of the necessary changes to make this place über-cozy! We live just down the street and can help you with anything you may need, as we just want you to relax and enjoy yourself... and we know that you will! We look forward to helping you live like a true local:)
