Perfect location to see the sights and sounds of Houston. Easy access to public transportation (Bus, Lyft, Uber). Memorial Park and Buffalo Bayou are within a 1 mile walking distance. Washington Heights and the club/bars are within walking distance. Downtown is 3 miles away down Allen Parkway. Bike rentals in the area (TC Jester/Washington).

The space
This bedroom is on the 1st floor (Back of the home), Keyed/locked door with its own electronic key including a private on suite bath and it's own large closet. Iron/ board and hairdryer upon request. Dresser storage, with up to 1GB high speed internet, Roku with TV. Shared access to kitchen, living room on the second floor.

NOTE: This is a Private Room rental which means other guests or the host may be in the public areas at some times as they are shared/common areas.

This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock for the front door and U-Tec for the bedrooms. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.

Guest access
Guests have access to full kitchen area, Fridge, Oven, Gas Stove top, Microwave etc.

Guests can currently park in the driveway on one side but will be sharing driveway with other guests.

There is street parking in the area but please be aware of the no parking signs. Across the street the no parking is from Friday to Sunday in the evenings.

I typically do not live at the home but do sometimes work on the house and you may see me around.

Other things to note
Coffee shop at end of street (Washington), plenty of clubs bars, Memorial Park is within a 1 mile walk on a Center street. (Golf course, shooting range, running trail, biking trail)
