Beautiful condo! The pool and palapa are excellent! Ideal for spending a relaxing vacation in the heart of Nuevo Vallarta.

Unfortunately, because this is a condo and not a hotel, we are unable to provide luggage storage. Please keep in mind check-in and check-out times. We are unable to accomodate early check-ins or late check-outs without exception. Should you wish to get early access or vacate at a later time, we encourage you to book an extra night as per your needs.

We provide our guests with electricity usage for up to 10 KWh for every day of their stay free of charge. This is enough for the reasonable use of all the equipment. Most of our guests do not pay anything extra especially if taking care of the use of the ACs, closing the doors, etc. However, from May to Sept and with the high temperatures, there may a surcharge because of the frequent use of the ACs. Anything above the allowed usage has a charge of $4 MXP (approximately 20 cents USD) per KWh. Save energy and save money!
