This self-contained spacious coach house sleeps up to 7 (3 double bedded rooms one with a further single for a child). It is just across the courtyard from the main house but has a private entrance and own garden area. It looks out on a beautiful garden w. tennis court & swimming pond (which can be used w.agreement from the hosts). Full kitchen facilities available + sheets + towels provided. Very good country pub nearby The Snooty Tavern and near to Cambridge, Kimbolton & Grafham Waters.
The coach house is located just across the courtyard from the main family house and looks out onto the garden which guests are welcome to use. There is a natural swimming pond which can be used if agreed with host and a tennis court. Plenty of space for children to play but some areas need parental supervision: wendy house, swing and slide.
As long as it is agreed with the hosts, guests can use the garden and natural swimming pond and other facilities. Host reserves the right to prohibit excessive noise/activity if it becomes disturbing.

Other things to note
Everyone who has stayed here is surprised by how comfortable and well equipped it is. Guests have said that it is much better than they could have every imagined and called it very tasteful! The furnishings and pictures make it into a really lovely space and with the garden setting it is a remarkably good deal for a family holiday or weekend.
The Coach House is just across the courtyard from the main house which has belonged to this family for over 70 years! Child friendly with swings and tree house, it is the perfect place to stay with your family. Further accommodation at extra cost can be provided in the main house.
The garden is child friendly but parental responsibility is paramount. Dogs allowed if well monitored, plenty of good walks available. No parties allowed but it quite possible to entertain guests quietly.
