The space
Guests are provided with an individual three-bedroom apartment with all amenities on the ground floor in a two-story house: two bedrooms with large beds, wardrobes, a work space and a dresser for storing personal belongings. Large living room with Smart TV, sofa, armchairs and a real wood burning fireplace. Kitchen with dining area and all necessary kitchen utensils.

Please respect the noise level, especially in the late evening and early morning. Thank you for your cooperation in creating a calm and pleasant environment for everyone.
Please be aware that we have a strict non-smoking policy. We ask that you smoke outside the yard outside.
If you want to light the fireplace, you must purchase your own firewood.
Hot water (on all faucets in the apartment it is on the left) does not appear immediately. Turn on the water and wait a little while for the gas boiler to heat it up.
Please do not open the windows during the hot hours of the day. So a pleasant coolness will remain in the apartment in the hot summer without the use of air conditioning.
Please take out your trash at the end of your stay.
