This renovated pine chalet combines rustic charm with modern comfort: an open-concept kitchen and living room, cozy loft with queen bed, and plenty of extra sleeping space for up to 6 guests. Tucked away on a quiet lane near beaches, trails, and clam-digging spots, it’s a coastal escape you’ll never forget !

Guest access
Guests will have the entire cottage to themselves, including the newly renovated gourmet kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and loft with catwalk balcony. Outside, you’ll have full use of the large deck with BBQ, dining area, and 6-person hot tub, plus free on-site parking.

The property is accessed by a dirt road just off the main highway. For your convenience, check-in is simple with a PIN code keypad — no need to meet in person or worry about keys.

Please note: there are two campers on neighboring lots owned by us, but they are kept private and separate. Guests will have their own full privacy at the cottage.

The cottage is located up a dirt road just off the main highway. The road is well-traveled but can be bumpy, so please drive with care.

In the winter months, while cars can make it up, it is much easier with winter tires, an SUV, or a truck. Smaller cars may find it trickier depending on weather and road conditions.

The property is pet-friendly, but the deck does not yet have gates — please supervise pets and children outdoors.

On occasion, there may be lawn maintenance such as mowing. We try to schedule this when guests are not at the cottage to avoid disruption.

The property offers ATV access, is in close proximity to beaches, and has a large outdoor living space where kids and pets can run and play.

The spacious deck is ideal for entertaining, BBQs, and enjoying the scenery.

Guests can try clam digging at Wasson’s Bluff and other local beaches.

Wildlife is often seen daily in the yard, from deer to eagles.

This is a hiker and adventure-seeker’s paradise, with trails, cliffs, and stunning coastal landscapes nearby.

For families with young children: I am planning to install a full childproof safety gate around the woodstove area, but please note it has not yet been purchased or installed. Until then, children should be closely supervised indoors.

Families traveling with little ones should also bring their own high chair, playpen, and infant bath, as these items are not provided at the cottage yet.

The cottage has a wood stove for ambiance, but the main source of heat is a heat pump, which we recommend guests use for reliable heating and comfort.

I am a Registered Nurse and my partner is a member of The Canadian Armed Forces. I love going "home" to my cottage for a visit as it is a "piece of paradise".
