Travel Tip:
🛬 Flying into Toronto Pearson International Airport? I highly recommend the UP Express train. It’s a smooth 25-minute ride to Union Station with free WiFi onboard. From there, it’s just a quick 5-minute Uber or taxi to the building—super convenient and a great way to skip city traffic!

About the Building:
🏢 The property is located in a peaceful, mixed-use building that welcomes both residential and business guests. While there’s no on-site parking, you’ll find several public lots nearby. Two great options are:
🚗 Scotiabank Theatre Parking (Peter/Richmond St. W.)
🚗 Portland & Adelaide St. W. Lot

📦 Please note that the property is not set up to receive mail, packages, or courier deliveries for short-term rental guests. If you need to receive a package during your stay, you’re welcome to use the nearby Canada Post office or Penguin Pickup location just down the street — both are convenient alternatives.

🍔 For food delivery services (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.), kindly meet your driver outside the main front entrance, as building access cannot be granted to delivery personnel.

If you're planning an extended stay of 4 months or longer, feel free to reach out before booking. In some cases, I may be able to register you with the building to allow for mail and delivery access.

At night time this area of the city comes alive! It is very vibrant and exciting. Walk down to popular King Street West and immerse yourself in this high energy area with some of the top restaurants in the city.

The next morning, walk outside the building and cross the street, you'll find a quaint local park to sit and relax. Enjoy a coffee there and watch dogs play.

Walk one block south and experience King Street West - another exciting part of the city! Interested in great Chinese food? You happen to be within walking distance of China town. How cool is that?

Want to explore a different area of Toronto? Jump on a streetcar right down the street! You can even walk a few blocks to the Eaton Centre - one of Canada's largest shopping malls. So much to do, so little time!
